Sovereign’s methods and approach are founded on a thorough understanding of our clients, so that each project begins with a fact-finding mission.

We focus on the issues faced and goals to be achieved with the resulting analysis serving as a framework for the rest of the process.

During the consulting stage our team’s considerable hands-on experience and contacts are brought to bear and it is here that the strategy takes shape.

The issues we tackle can be commercial or political but most commonly they are a mix of the two – whatever the arena though, our role is to always to develop a clear strategy and implement it rigorously.

Since its inception in 2000, Sovereign Strategy has supported the creation of the statutory regulation of public affairs organisations (interest representatives) and as such welcomes the European Commission’s Green Paper on the European Transparency Initiative (May 2006).

Sovereign Strategy shares the EU’s commitment to openness and transparency and hopes that it will be applied in all 25 member states.

Sovereign is a member of the CIPR and operates in compliance with its code of conduct.
