Since its inception in 2000, Sovereign Strategy has supported the creation of the statutory regulation of public affairs organisations (interest representatives) and as such welcomes the European Commission's Green Paper on the European Transparency Initiative (May 2006).

Sovereign Strategy shares the EU's commitment to openness and transparency and hopes that it will be applied in all 25 member states.

Sovereign is a member of the CIPR and operates in compliance with its code of conduct.
